 : Start with the top lid. With a light touch, apply the liner starting at the inside corner and working outwards.

   You can extend the line slightly past the outer corner of your eyelid if you wish.

   If your hand is not so steady, instead of using the tip of the applicator, use the flat edge to create the line.
