☆ When used as a lip base

1. Squeeze the lip mater on your finger, about two tons of rice, spread over the top lip and pat.
2. Apply lipstick on top of it, and the moist lipstick will be silky without being greasy.
3. Apply the matte lipstick that was hard to apply because it was stiff.
☆ When used as a lip top coat

1. Squeeze the lip mater on your finger by about two tons of rice.
2. Spread over lips with lipstick and pat.
3. A silky matte lip that lasts a long time with less staining is completed.
