1. Open the bottom of the product along the perforation line.
2. Use scissors to cut off the wave part on the top of the product.
3. Wear it on both feet and fasten the sticker around the ankle.
4. Lightly massage and use for 45 minutes-up to 1 hour.
5. After use, rinse off with lukewarm water.
6. After 4-5 days of use, dead skin cells naturally fall off and the feet become soft.
